Super easy installation, included extra wall anchors and an extra screw. This was exactly what I needed to finish my entryway.Only wish there were black covers for the screws, but I will just dab a little black paint over them.Bought them for my mudroom. Husband stole them to hang up jackets in our garage. He's too cute to turn him into law enforcement. They are great for keeping things tidy.I love having the two racks. We hung one higher for the adult coats, and one lower for the kids’ coats, backpacks, and snow pants. I love that the kids know exactly where their stuff belongs and can hang it up on their own, getting the mess off the floor for good! I also love having 10 pegs on each rack, because we now have a place for coats for guests as well. Hanging was really easy, and the screw holes line up with wall studs if they’re 16” apart.The unit itself is fine. Not amazing quality but fine for what it is and the price. Looks good. However…why would the skrews be silver and not white?! Makes it look pretty cheap.Its solid a looks great but it didn't come with any mounting screws or hardware. Had to bring it to the hardware store to find the right screws.I bought one for the laundry room and one for the master closet. They are incredibly sturdy. These are no way a flimsy product. I did purchase heavy duty wall anchors to make sure the one in the bedroom could hold purses and heavy jackets.The only thing I deducted a star for (and I wish I could have only done half a star!) is that there are no plugs or covers for the screws/holes and having those would make this look much more finished. Overall, it’s a well built piece and serves its purpose.Shipped quickly and item is exactly how it appears in the photos. All hardware needed to install is included. Quality seems to be adequate for intended use when properly installed.Good coat rack however the finish is very disappointing, there are several chips on the paint as you can see in the pictures. I expected better given the price.
