UPDATE: It's been over a month since I installed this in the bathroom and now I have encountered a problem that I was anticipating in the beginning: The suction cups weren't holding up the basket straight. It has drooped in the front (so the bottom back of the basket hits the shower wall). The suction cups still hold the basket in place, just not straight, hence taking a star off my original rating. I am in the process of the cutting up wine cork and installing it between the suction cups and the wire basket to balance it out and keep it straight. Will try to take pictures and share. I still do LOVE the basket, its still very sturdy and the basket weave accent still looks brand new.I am impressed at how well this corner shelf is holding up. I was expecting that I'd have to re-secure it every so often because it is only being held by suction cups. I have about 4 full size shower products on it since I installed it and it never moved an inch! There are 4 extra large suction cups that hold it securely in place, and when installed properly, performs extremely well.The look is also absolutely classy. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this product.I really like the basket. The color and quality are excellent and it serves the purpose for which I purchased it. The bronze finish is perfect because it appears to be resisting any signs of rust which is usually a problem with chrome finishes. The only problem is that I can't use the suction cups due to the shape of my sink. The basket and the sink just don't line up. But, to me this isn't a major issue, I'm still able to use it in the kitchen which was the reason for the purchase. It could be that it was mainly designed for sides that are 90 degree angles and my sinks have rounded corners.I highly recommend the basket.I bought this item, because my kitchen sink facet is bronze, and I needed something to hold by sponge and soap dispenser. I have an automatic soap dispenser and it's an awkward size, so this was perfect. However, I have a tile wall behind the sink, and the suction cups worked for a few minutes, but then would fall down. It was due to one of the cups being bent and loose. So, I just sat it on the ridge next to the facet and it looks great. I've had it for a month and it gets used every day, and so far no rust at all. It also looks better than the picture.The delivery and service was excellent. I would recommend this.Love these for my shower curtain! They look better than any plastic shower hooks/rings I have seen. I wanted plastic because every review I read for the metal ones said they rust. I am very happy with this purchase! They look fab and perform well! The "hooks slide easily and smoothly over the rod. Yes, they are a little hard to close ... BUT I was able to close them with just my fingers and not pliers and such. I recommend putting all the hooks on the rod and then attaching the curtain to each end first ... then the middle. It makes it easier to hang because the weight of the curtain is better managed. I have two curtains hanging on mine, the one you see in the pic and a white cotton liner. Best bathroom purchase to date!This sticks well to glass, granite and any type of "smooth" plastic, tile and solid surface material. However, if you have shower tile with any kind of texture to it, like I do, it doesn't work, period. Also, check if you have grout lines where any of the the suction cups will go. Once again, no good if that happens.That said, this seems to be a very nice product for the money, if you have the right material to fasten it to.I love these! I use a tension curtain rod, and all the other hooks woudl get hung up on the joint. I actually pulled the decorative knob off one of the the hooks when opening the curtain ( thus trying this design) These slide very smoothly. I know it's a little thing, but I will never go back to regular hooks. Thery are a little tricky to snap and unsnap as mentioned in other reviews, but I found they work much easier with a little tension to the side, not straight in or out. Seller was great and responded very quickly to a question about shipping. They look exactly like the photo, with very nice detailing. I don't think you can go wrong with these if the over the rod style works for you.i love these baskets & have placed multiple orders for them...i use them ON THE COUNTER TOP in the corners of my vanity sinks to hold : toothpaste, perfume, razors, etc...keeps things clutter free...they DID NOT work suctioned to my tiled shower...but they are nice size, well made, & attractive...This looks really nice and I want to like it, but the suction cups don't stick at all. My shower wall is the plastic kind, mostly smooth with slight texture. I opted instead to set it on the floor instead because I do need the storage space.
