We use 8 per elevator pad to fit the grommets.These worked well for my planters and because I got so many in the pack we have found them to be useful for other things around the house.They were the perfect size for my needs.These hooks are good quality and can hold weight! I use them to hang my pots and pans at the kitchen window - hooked over a broomstick. They are sturdy and smooth so they slide easily when I'm choosing a pot/pan to use. This frees up needed space in my kitchen. I also use them on my utility cart to hold things that are hang-able so I can free up surface space on the cart. I don't have a lot of storage space in my kitchen (can you tell?) and these hooks make life easier. The price is good value. I highly recommend them.I was using them for weights off the back of my weaving when the tension loosed on some threads. I actually had to file of some sharp metal sticking at sharp angles with extreme points. Found the first when my finger came away bloody! Not happy. So went through them all and found 2 more the same. They also don't weigh much. I'm assuming if you tried to hang heavy tools on a peg board with these they would eventually break.Sturdy thickness. One end has a rounded ball end, other end is a simple rough cut. Kinda expensive at 15, but they're good quality and I needed a few to hang towels and such.I used these as hooks for a magnetic curtain rod on the side of my fridge for large utensils.Lots of other uses.Versatility and great value for your money
