Those little green plastic things? Yeah, throw those out. They look like molly screws, meant to help hold the screws in place when there’s no stud behind the drywall to screw into, but they’re not. I have no idea what they actually are, but they’re sure as hell not useful! I ignorantly assumed they were molly screws, stuck one in the drywall, and got the screw several turns into it before the little green plastic hexagonal tube locked onto the screw and started spinning inside the drywall. The hole it made was surprisingly large, and unsurprisingly hideous.Other than that, these are fantastic. They’ve held up backpacks in our entryway, and towels in our bathroom without rusting (so far). They’re sturdy and look nice.Spayed with heavy paint that covered the screw holes . Had to bore them out, so screw would go in straight. Chips very easy. install screws are only 3/4, not useable unless you want it pulling out of wall if you hang any weight on it. It takes a very small headed screw , if you use different screws. Like the design, but quality not that good.Bought these hooks for my sons closet. These hooks will not disappoint!!! Baseball bags, school backpacks or clothes...these hooks can do it all!!! Very impressed. Going to buy more for around the house!Nice and sturdy with the wall anchors. Good shape, my robes and towels don't slide off.Looks nice, easy to install and sturdy for the price!Quick and easy to install.Be forewarned that although it is a "nickel" color it is not a "satin nickel" finish as the description says. These are heavily painted over some sort of alloy. This is not something you can tell from the pictures or product description.Took a few moments to install. The wall plugs are not the best but will serve most purposes. If you have a heavy load like winter coat I suggest better wall plugsVery good quality, heavy duty hooks, may want to use a longer screw in the wall for more support
