Great size to hang my beer mugs. Like the rubber coating.I have recently purchased some of those expensive ceramic coated cast iron pans and chose to hang them on my cabinets to prevent chipping and scratching to the ceramic finish. I have purchased several sizes to accommodate the size of pans I wanted to hang.I pre-drilled a hole, then screwed these hooks into place. The coated black hooks are obscured by my dark wood cabinets and are pretty much out of site. The hooks that I've placed near where one would walk have not caused any pulling of my clothing or injury, they actually fit beneath the overhang of my countertops.These coated hooks are secured by the 3/4 of a circle shape, to prevent my pans from falling off, and these pans weigh in the area of 10 lbs. I love the country kitchen look my hanging pans add to my home. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend them for many tasks around the home.* My only issues is if I were to hang a plant on my ceiling, which I did not, I would not like the black color, I'd prefer white. I also didn't need 24 of them, but they go into storage in my garage. Thank you for reading this review.Got these to hang some plants indoors and outdoors. The pack has so many that we will hold onto these and use as needed for years to come. Holds the weight of our ceramic pots. The points on the screws are sharp enough that you do not really need a power tool inside the house if it's just going into dry wall. Outside for the balcony, we did use a power tool to drill small hole before twisting screw in. No complaints at all.These hooks are quite true to the photos and descriptions and very functional. They are easy to install and seem sturdy enough to hold a great deal of weight. Unfortunately, the screw part was too long for my purposes - I was putting them on the side of a kitchen cabinet to hang strainers from, and the pointy end went all the way out the other side to the interior of my cabinet! The pointy end is extremely sharp, so my options were to use boltcutters to trim each one, or return and buy a smaller size. I ended up getting a pack with a variety of sizes that I will get lots more use from. I recommend this product more for a project where you need a quantity of matching, good-sized hooks. Also, the sturdy vinyl on the outside makes them seem more "outdoor" or "garage" - not quite the sophisticated aesthetic I was hoping for in my kitchen.These hooks worked great for hanging a 240V/50A extension cable across my garage ceiling. The cable is a little under 1" in diameter and fits in these hooks perfectly. They are plenty strong as well.I used one of these to screw in under a fake wood kitchen cabinet to hang bananas. I cannot screw them in all the way because the hook portion is not strong enough and will snap off, leaving a few millimeters of the broken-off screw exposed. On the second try I succeeded because I stopped screwing it in when it was getting very tight. So the appearance is less than perfect with not only the hook showing, but about half of the screw, too. But it appears very strong and I expect it will hold the bananas. This product might work better when screwed into softer material. Not at all perfect, but functionally, it will do what I want it to do.Used them to hang lights on pergola. Suckers are sharp so you don’t need pilot holes. I was on a pretty high ladder so I did drill tiny pilot holes. But they’re great. I used the black ones for aesthetic but they’re all nice RubberVery sturdyThese were amazing.
