Great product and very well madeThese hooks are wonderful. The letters printed on the hook were a little off center. At first it bothered me, but after a few weeks using them, it really wasn't noticeable. The hook is very sturdy and the hardware was included. Everything was well packaged when it came; there were no scratches or dents in the hooks. We got a hook for each family member - with the initial of their first name. It was a nice way to give the kids their own hook and still matches the style of our mudroom.
